RBGE is committed to providing an educational environment and employer in which all students are valued and treated fairly. All RBGE students have the right to be treated with respect by their tutors, education staff and fellow students. Each student is also expected to behave in an acceptable way towards their colleagues.

Individuals who are concerned about unacceptable conduct in the learning environment should contact education@rbge.org.uk in the first instance. This can either be done verbally or in writing. RBGE staff will treat any situations with absolute confidentiality.
